There’s a saying that too many cooks spoil the broth. Well, “ Striker ” is a pleasant exception to this rule. With 6 music composers,— Blaaze , Amit Trivedi , Shailendra Barve , Yuvan Shankar Raja , Swanand Kirkire , Vishal Bharadwaj —6 lyricists,— Nitin Raikwar , Blaaze, Prashant Ingole , Jeetendra Joshi , Swanand Kirkire, Gulzar —and 7 singers— Sonu Nigam , Siddharth , Yuvan Shankar Raja, Swanand Kirkire, Vishal Bhardwaj, Sunidhi Chauhan , Blaaze—“Striker” offers a lovely eclectic of 7 compositions (and 1 remix, as well). Shailendra Barve (who also composed “Mera Jahan” in TZP), creates a soulful, captivating, absolutely gorgeous composition— Cham Cham (7.12), giving Striker’s OST a mind-blowing start.
